Your subscription is based on the number of active packaging references managed within Wrapp.
You start from a base plan and add product packs as your portfolio grows. Capacity can be extended at any moment, prorated until your renewal date.
At renewal, we automatically optimise your subscription to the most economical configuration based on actual usage.
Workflow configuration
Wrapp includes fully customisable workflows tailored to your organisation.
A one-time setup fee applies for configuring your custom workflows based on your internal process and requirements.
Support & training
A one-time onboarding and training fee may apply, depending on your support needs.
This ensures your team can confidently work with a setup aligned to your organisation.

An active product is any product with an Active or Finished status.
When a new version is approved, the earlier one becomes Replaced: archived, retained in full, accessible to administrators only.
Replaced products are not included in the billable product count.
Yes. Extra product capacity can be added at any time and is prorated until your renewal date.
At renewal we review your actual usage and apply the most economical configuration. If we see capacity you are not using, we contact you about it rather than wait for you to notice.
Reductions can be requested before the renewal date, in line with your active product count.
Yes. We configure your environment around your own workflow and structure, then hand you a test environment to validate it before anything goes live.
The platform includes a help centre with video tutorials, and we provide tailored training and support where you need it.
Subscriptions run for one year, paid monthly or annually.
They renew automatically unless cancelled at least two months before the renewal date.
